Some of the topics we will cover are real-life healthy coping skills, developing mindfulness through yogic practices like meditation, and connecting with other women in our community. Our community is focused on developing inner strength, ditching booze, and finding the courage to live in true authenticity.
Each week you’ll have videos to watch, workbook pages to complete, and a 1:1 call with me as your coach. Our call structure follows the curriculum but allows for real life to happen at the same time. You don’t have to sacrifice your social life in order to succeed in Burn Brighter. On our calls, I’ll be there to support you through whatever life is throwing your way (it’s been known to have some really great curve balls. IYKYK.)
Although the primary form of support will be 1:1 coaching, we will also make sure you’re surrounded with badass women in our group chat. We will make sure you’re in community with humans who are going through the same thing and heading in the same direction, which is absolutely crucial for long-term success. After your coaching package ends, you’ll continue to be included in our group for extra support and guidance so you aren’t left high + dry. (sober people keep people sober.)
